The Procurement and contracts section
The Contracts and Procurement Section manages all TDRA’s contracts with external suppliers to meet its procurement needs. The section manages the E-Procurement System to ensure efficiency, transparency and effectiveness of performance, as well as facilitating the procedures for submitting tenders.
General Service Section
The section provides general services to employees such as travel tickets, hotel reservations, transportation, and arranging meetings inside TDRA. It also plans, coordinates and supervises all the necessary arrangements for the participation of TDRA in national exhibitions, conferences and events. The General Service Section is responsible for ensuring health, safety and security on the TDRA’s premises.
Internal IT Support Section
The Internal IT Support Section provides technical support services to TDRA’s internal operation units. These services include providing emails to employees, installing and managing software, and managing and protecting the computers of the staff. The section also provides internet services and manages the technical environments of TDRA’s websites.
