TDRA won the Telecom Review Excellence Award for Best Digital Outreach in the Middle East. The award was presented at the conclusion of the 17th edition of the Telecom Review Leaders' Summit, which was held in Dubai, on 6 and 7 December 2023. TDRA earned this award in recognition of its communication and awareness program, extensively utilizing various channels, particularly digital platforms. The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) won the Gartner Eye on Innovation Award 2023 in the Federal Government Initiatives category. TDRA earned this award for its project, the AI-powered chatbot platform 'U-Ask', launched on the Unified Digital Portal of the UAE Government ‘u.ae’. 'U-Ask' demonstrated an innovative approach to service provision by leveraging data and harnessing emerging technologies to enhance the user experience of government services.

TDRA won the Mohammed Bin Rashid Arabic Language Award - Class of the best Language Policy and Planning Initiative, for its comprehensive and multifaceted project to support Arabic digital content.
