As part of its continuous efforts to enhance service transparency and protect consumer rights in the telecommunications sector, the TDRA has launched the “TDRA Eye” digital platform. This initiative enables UAE telecom users to share their service experiences and report any suspected violations, helping TDRA monitor market practices and identify areas for improvement.
Please be aware of the following important notes:
- TDRA Eye is a feedback-based platform and does not represent a formal complaint mechanism.
- No follow-up or individual response will be issued feedback is collected solely for service enhancement and regulatory insights.
- The initiative is open to all UAE telecom users and is free of charge.
- Users may submit feedback related to service centers, call centers, or mobile/web applications associated with their telecom service providers in the UAE.
