For Individuals: A device that complies with the technical requirements approved by the Authority and published on its website.

For Business: The company must be registered with the Authority and the devices must be approved by the Authority.:

Service Limitation

The service is requested by: - Individuals whishing to import telecommunications equipment for personal use. - Manufacturers and suppliers of telecommunications equipment in the country, and registered with the Authority. - Governments and Business wishing to participate in exhibitions held within the country (whether the Business are from outside the country or inside it).

Required Documents

Documents required from individuals:
- Customs documents for the shipment
- Technical specifications of the devices

Documents required from business:
- The device approved in the company account
- Customs declaration
- Bill of lading
- Device specifications
- Shipping lists or invoices

As for business wishing to participate in exhibitions held within the country, whether they are business from outside the country or inside the country, they must adhere to the following:
- A letter from the organizing body indicating that the concerned company is participating in the exhibition and specifying the name of the exhibition, its location, its date, and the company's platform number
- A letter of undertaking from the company addressed to the Authority stating that the devices  will be returned to their source after the end of the exhibition.
