Required Documents

- If the service is requested through TDRA: The government entity must send an official letter to TDRA.a

- If the service is requested though the telecom service providers: The government entity must submit the application form for exception from the blocking system to the telecom service providers, along with a copy of the identity or passport of the concerned person in the government entity. After that, the telecom service providers will submit the request to TDRA to be reviewed and approved.
