This service aims to amend the administrative and technical data in the (Q)TSP License

Service Steps

Submit the application through available service provision channels.
2 Step 2

Complete the application form and provide the necessary data and documents.
3 Step 3

Pay the fees via available payment channels.
4 Step 4

TDRA will receive and review the application.
5 Step 5

Upon approval, obtain the license.

Expected Time

Within 30 days from the date of application completion.

Service Conditions

• The Licensee must notify the Authority within a week in the event of making any amendments or changes to the information submitted in the license or renewal application or in the documents submitted to obtain the Conformity Report.

• The Licensee should obtain prior approval from the Authority in cases of amending or changing the data and information previously submitted to the Authority that are specified by the Authority, provided that the following data and information are included:

a. Information about the establishment/enterprise, its ownership, and the location where the Licensee conducts business in the State.

b. The technical, administrative and financial capacities to manage and operate the services specified in the license.

c. Any changes in the procedures for the identity verification of the applicants and subscribers to the Trust Services or the Qualified Trust Services.

d. Any changes to the information systems of the Trust Services or the Qualified Trust Services.

e. Any modifications to the Termination Plan.

• The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome, whether approved or rejected.

• TDRA reserves the right to reject applications not meeting requirements within 60 days from the submission date.
