The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority is the legal entity responsible for issuing licenses under the Telecommunications Law. According to the Telecommunications Decree-Law, operating a Public Telecommunications Network or providing Subscribers with Telecommunications Services and all other types of activities determined by the Board in accordance with the law requires obtaining a license from TDRA
The service also includes existing licensees who want to renew, amend or revoke their Telecommunications Services license
It cannot be estimated as it depends on security inputs and approvals from third parties

The applicant must comply with the following: - Application for approval to establish the company to be licensed under Article 28 of the Telecommunications Law. Approval of establishment/incorporation shall not be considered an indication of approval of any license requested thereafter - If the applicant wishes to obtain an exemption from any provision of the Commercial Companies/Business Law
