HR Planning Section

The HR Planning Section studies TDRA’s need for future labour forces. Its functions include analysing target jobs, categorizing labour forces, and analysing supply and demand to choose the best cadres and bridge the job gaps.

Employee Affairs Section

The Employee Affairs Section is responsible for managing all TDRA employee affairs, including the issuance of employee certificates, leaves, attendance, employee transfer, termination of service, final settlements, delegation, secondment, and other matters. The Section is also concerned with procedures related to salaries, bonuses, benefits, promotions, allowances, updating employee databases, and health insurance for the employees and their family members.

The Section is also responsible for managing all employee procedures related to the General Pension and Social Security Authority.

Talent Management Section

The Talent Management Section aims to improve employee performance at the personal and institutional levels by enhancing their career capabilities, acquirement of new knowledge and skills, and promoting their current competencies.
