Treasury Management Section
  • Doing all activities related to cash movements, whether payment or collection.
  • Approving requests to issue service bills via the budgeting system, including annual bills for number allocation, licenses, and .ad domain, etc.
  • Managing bank accounts, connecting the financial system with the banks, following up on received and paid amounts, and conducting the required settlements;
  • Following up on the payable amounts;
  • Settling all received and paid amounts on the financial system;
  • Revising and managing the refund requests in the CRM and approving the due payments;
Finance Reporting & Budgeting Section
  • Developing the necessary forms to guide departments on how to prepare their budget
  • Consolidating the draft budget and performing the necessary reviews to present the budget in its final form to the Board of Directors for approval and submission to the Ministry of Finance
  • Issuing periodic reports for monitoring spending against the budget (CAPEX & OPEX) and identifying unusual deviations with the necessary procedures and justifications;
  • Implementing activities related to the management of the unified account structure;
  • Carrying out the necessary reallocation to cover the activities not covered in the budget and providing necessary approvals;
  • Following up and ensuring that there are no irregularities in spending, reporting them to the concerned authorities, and implementing accounting treatment of the related errors
  • Preparing and submitting for approval the periodic financial reports to implement the general budget.
Accounting Section
  • Receiving invoices and releasing payments to suppliers including recording and filing payment transactions and supporting documents;
  • Validating and supporting invoices, allocating accounts and their code combinations, and providing support to achieve accuracy and completeness and get necessary approvals
  • Taking the necessary measures to liquidate the bank guarantee when a supplier violates the terms and conditions of their contract
  • Ensuring that valid bank guarantees are available while processing payments as per contractual terms and conditions
  • Preparing and publishing journal vouchers in the Oracle ERP;
  • Verifying payroll reports received from the Human Capital Department and approving the payroll, pension reports, and payments to TDRA’s employees;
  • Managing the addition of a new fixed asset, defining its category and accounting details and assigning it to the related department.
  • Managing asset transfer and disposal
  • Implementing activities related to account closure procedures and creating periodic financial reports
  • Issuing TDRA’s audited financial statements with a decision and an official letter from the Board of Directors to be submitted to external authorities.
