Marketing Section

The Marketing Section’s activities are aimed to enhance the good reputation of TDRA. These activities include various awareness and marketing campaigns, as well as events and activities related to TDRA’s activities. The Section produces and manages all videos, images, publications, giveaways, and other promotional materials of TDRA.




Media and Public Relations Section

The Media and Public Relations Section sets and implements the media plan of TDRA to enhance its positive presence in national, regional and international media. The section provides media coverage on activities related to TDRA via conferences and other events. The section develops content in various languages to be published on different channels and manages digital presence on social media channels.

Customer Happiness Section

Customer Happiness Section ensures the provision of excellent level of services to all TDRA customers, through communication channels as well as customer happiness centers, by providing an environment and working means with high level of agility, accuracy and excellence in accordance with the latest international technologies, in addition to studying and analyzing the customers’ needs and expectations to achieve a have a positive impact on services and satisfaction.
