Digital transformation measurement

• Developing and updating digital government enablers indicators and guidelines to support comprehensive digital transformation processes.
• Monitoring and measuring the levels of commitment of the federal entities to the standards and requirements of digital government enablers and digital transformation.
• Developing the digital maturity model and managing the digital maturity measurement at the federal level in cooperation with local digital governments.
• Managing and implementing the joint plan for the national Online Service Index with the federal entities and the United Nations.
• Coordinating with international organizations such as the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs regarding the OSI, e-participation and other indicators of government technical maturity.

Digital channels

• Overseeing the management and development of digital platforms and periodically updating their content, which includes, but not limited to: the official portal of the UAE Government "u.ae", the data platform (bayanat.ae), the digital participation platform (sharik.ae), in cooperation with the concerned parties.
• Developing and implementing the roadmap of the unified digital platform and aligning it with the digital government roadmap.
• Managing and developing the unified digital platform in cooperation with the concerned parties and following up on the implementation of its guidelines.

Technical Consultancy and Adoption

• Providing technical consultancy to federal entities to ensure that all requirements of the digital government enablers are applied in an excellent manner.
• Supporting digital transformation by developing and implementing onboarding plans for digital enablers and channels, including but not limited to (UAEPass, GSB, digital participation platform, unified digital platform, etc.)

Digital Participation

• Developing and implementing a national strategy for digital participation and assisting federal government entities to implement the plan in a coordinated and comprehensive manner in the UAE
• Designing and managing the "UAE Hackathon" and the “Best mGovernment Service Award”
