In recognition of our immense importance of Consumer welfare in the UAE, TDRA has instructed both licensees to publish and maintain up to date Service Coverage Interactive Maps (SCIM).

The SCIM will enable UAE public telecommunication consumers to obtain coverage information of specific services on a specific location on the map, such as: cellular coverage (2G, 3G, 4G) and fiber coverage for fixed services (double play and triple play).

In addition, it displays location of business- and service centers owned by the licensees in the UAE. To see the maps, click here
