Service Conditions
- The Registered Manufacturer or Importer of Telecommunications Equipment may continue to sell slightly modified equipment without the need to notify TDRA of the changes, where the minor modifications do not affect essential requirements, Technical Standards or the exterior of the Equipment
- The Registered Manufacturer or Importer of Telecommunications Equipment shall notify TDRA of any modification, which would:
- Affect equipment conformity with the essential requirements or Technical Standard
- Change communicator size and shape
- Change the model number or marketing name of the device
- In the case of any modification to the registered equipment that may affect its conformity with the TAR essential requirements or approved Technical Standards, the Registered Manufacturer or Importer of Telecommunications Equipment shall submit a new Type Approval request
