TDRA provides a no-objection certificate for an online activity to individuals and entities that wish to engage in an activity of an economic nature on the Internet in the UAE, through websites, applications or social media accounts

Service Conditions
  • If the activity will be conducted through a website, it must be of a national domain name (.ae)
  • If the activity will be conducted on social media (X, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), account names and links must be provided. In case of changing the account name in the future, a new application is required
  • If the activity relates to an app on an app store (like Apple iOS and Google Play), one of the following must be provided:

- Name and link of the app (if any), or

- If the app is under development, provide website link, app description and main interface images
