International or local companies attending exhibitions in UAE should submit the following documents to TDRA:

A letter from the organizer stating the company concerned will participate in the exhibition, including the name, date, location of the exhibition, and the stand number of the company.
A letter of undertaking from the company addressed to TDRA stating that the devices will be returned to their source after the end of the exhibition
