In line with its commitment to collaboration, transparency, and stakeholder engagement, the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) invites comments on the proposed PRIMTE-UAE - Private IMT Networks Enablement Framework, which establishes the regulatory framework for the enablement, deployment, and operation of Private International Mobile Telecommunications (Private IMT) Networks within the United Arab Emirates.

This consultation has been initiated to gather feedback from government entities, telecommunications operators, enterprises, industry stakeholders, and other interested parties to ensure that the proposed framework effectively supports the adoption of Private IMT Networks while promoting innovation, efficient spectrum utilization, fair competition, and alignment with international best practices.

The purpose of this consultation is to invite comments and responses to the questions set out in this document. Participants are also encouraged to provide views on any other relevant aspects of the proposed framework that they believe should be considered. The TDRA will review all submissions before reaching a final regulatory decision.

It should be noted that the views, proposals, and comments expressed in this consultation document do not necessarily represent final decisions of the TDRA. Nothing contained in this consultation shall limit or otherwise restrict the TDRA's statutory powers to regulate the telecommunications and digital government sectors in the United Arab Emirates.

The TDRA may arrange consultation meetings during the consultation period, while ensuring that all formal written submissions are received no later than the consultation closing date.
