The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) is pleased to invite all interested parties to participate in this public consultation, aimed at further improving and streamlining the ICT Regulatory Sandbox ("the Sandbox"). The Sandbox was launched to foster innovation and support startups, licensees, and other stakeholders in experimenting with emerging technologies within a flexible yet structured regulatory environment.

Purpose of this Consultation

• Gather feedback on the current guidelines and requirements described in the Sandbox Guide.
• Obtain suggestions for enhancing the application process and the overall testing journey, including how projects conclude.
• Promote transparency and collaboration between the regulatory authority and the tech community, ensuring a supportive environment for innovation and growth.
