In keeping with its values of collaboration and commitment, TDRA wishes to consult on proposed changes to its Regulations for Services Ancillary to Broadcast Production, Program Making & Special Events (PMSE).

This consultation aims to keep abreast of developments to better involve its partners and stakeholders.

The purpose of this consultation is to invite stakeholders to share their comments and viewson questions raised in this document. Participants may provide their views on relevant aspects to the proposed texts in this document, which TDRA will take into considerations prior to making a final decision. The comments which are contained in any response to this consultation should be clearly identified with respect to the specific question in this consultation to which such comments refer. Any comments which are of a general nature and not in response to a particular question should be clearly identified as such. TDRA reserves the right to consider only responses and comments that are relevant to the subject of this advice.

Any Person or entity seeks to clarify or discuss any part of this Regulation may request a meeting by E-mail (spectrumconsultation@tdra.gov.ae).  TDRA will set the meetings in the period from 29 May to 08 June 2023. Formal comments can still be received by (12.00pm UAE time) on 07 July 2023.
