Log-in to the TDRA website to get services can now be implemented using the UAE Pass feature. The customer journey to get the service became fully digital and the customer is not required to attend personally to TDRA premises. The look and feel of the website have been matched with the new brand identity of TDRA launched last year, adding digital government management to its duties.
