WRC is an international event that brings together governments and industries to make decisions about the use of radio frequencies, communications and satellites at both the local and global levels. Eng. Tariq Al Awadhi, Executive Director of Spectrum Affairs, who was present in 2001 when the first Arab Spectrum Management Group was formed by Arab Telecommunications and Information Council of Ministers, will talk about the history of the conference, its most important events, and the historical changes that resulted from some conferences.
