Director General Office

The Director General’s Office at the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) is responsible for organizing and managing activities related to the Director General, including coordinating meetings and communications, following up on decisions and recommendations, and managing related correspondence, documents, and reports. The Office also follows up on referred matters and coordinates with organizational units and relevant entities.
In addition, the Office oversees the reception and coordination of senior officials and official delegations in accordance with approved procedures and protocols, and follows up on requests, complaints, and grievances referred to the Director General.
