This service enable the cancellation of a (Qualified) Trust Service from a valid license of (Qualified) Trust Service Providers.

Service Conditions

• The Licensee shall not suspend any of its activities or services without obtaining prior approval from the Authority.

• The Licensee must notify the Authority of its desire to suspend the provision of any, all, or part of the Trust Services or Qualified Trust Services for no less than three (3) months before the planned termination date.

• The application fee is non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome, whether approved or rejected.

• TDRA reserves the right to reject applications not meeting requirements within 60 days from the submission date.

• In the event of approval:

1. The service will be removed from the existing license without changing the license expiry date.

2. The licensee must follow the procedures for activating the approved termination plan.

3. The Licensee must inform the public, including the subscribers and Relying Parties, of its desire to suspend the provision of any, all, or part of its services for a period of no less than two (2) months before the planned termination date, and after obtaining the Authority's approval.
