Trust Services License Launched

The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) is pleased to announce the launch of the “New Application for Trust Services License” service on the TDRA website. The dedicated service page provides information on the application procedure.

At this stage, the service is available to users who log in to the TDRA website using UAE PASS under a Business or Government profile.

TDRA strongly encourages all relevant stakeholders to submit their applications at the earliest opportunity to ensure timely compliance with the UAE regulatory framework governing Trust Services and Qualified Trust Services.

Entities providing Trust Services and/or Qualified Trust Services are reminded that continuing to offer such services without the required TDRA license may trigger regulatory enforcement measures and administrative penalties under the applicable legal framework.

Any matters that may delay your compliance progress must be formally reported to TDRA through an official letter, including a clear description of the impact, root cause, and mitigation plan, for escalation and review.
