Compliance Status Update

Greetings from TDRA,

As part of our ongoing supervisory follow-up, we kindly request your updated compliance status and your confirmed plan and timeline to finalize the Conformity Assessment and demonstrate your readiness to proceed with the TDRA licensing process.

To support our review, please share the following at your earliest convenience:

 

CAB engagement status : name of the Conformity Assessment Body, contracting stage, and expected contract signature date if still pending.

Assessment plan : planned audit/assessment window and expected issuance date of the Conformity Assessment Report.

Licensing readiness plan : target date to submit a complete licensing application and any key dependencies.

Current service posture : confirmation whether you are currently providing any Trust Services and/or Qualified Trust Services in the UAE in intention to pursue a license.

Key issues / blockers if any : root cause, impact on timeline, and mitigation measures.

 

We would also like to highlight that continuing to provide Trust Services and/or Qualified Trust Services without obtaining the required TDRA license, and without clear evidence of effective progress toward compliance, may result in regulatory enforcement actions and administrative penalties under the applicable legal framework. In addition, any issues causing delays to your compliance progress must be formally communicated and will be escalated to TDRA through an official letter, including details of the impact, root cause, and your mitigation plan.
