ICT Fund provides funding for national projects that support and develop the ICT sector in the UAE.
This document aims to guide applicants to develop their proposals for financing national projects that support the ICT sector in the country.

In addition to the requirements mentioned in this document, the applicant may submit any additional information to support the application.
Applications will be screened for eligibility (applicant status, nationality requirements, etc.) and then evaluated across the different components – applicant details, technical proposal and commercial proposal.
Evaluation criteria include applicant qualifications, technical feasibility, and the alignment of the commercial proposal with technical proposal, among others.
ICT Fund reserves the right to request clarification regarding the submitted information or to seek additional information. The Fund also reserves the right to reject any funding application without stating reasons.
