Required Documents

For individuals:

  • Type Approval under the company profile.
  • Customs Declaration.
  • Bill of landing
  • Packing list or invoice.

International or local companies attending exhibitions in UAE should submit the following documents to TDRA:

  • A letter from the organizer stating the company concerned will participate in the exhibition, including the name, date, location of the exhibition, and the stand number of the company.
  • A letter of undertaking from the company addressed to TDRA stating that the devices will be returned to their source after the end of the exhibition
