The terms, words, and phrases used in this dictionary shall have the same meaning as are ascribed to them in the Telecommunications Law and in the Regulatory Framework. Certain terms might have more than one meaning ascribed to them, the selected meaning will depend on the context in which those terms, words and phrases are used.
