Allah, we are witnesses that Khalifa bin Zayed has fulfilled his mission, served his nation and loved his people. Allah, his people were satisfied with him. Please have mercy on him; send him to your heaven and inspire in us, his people, family and loved ones, patience and solace. We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return.
